Blue cast!!!!! Surgery went well! Surgeon said only "complication" was that he didn't get Collin's toes up high enough. What that means for Collin is instead of getting his last cast six weeks after surgery he's going to be getting one four weeks out so they can adjust his toes. If the Dr is happy with the adjustment he'll get his last cast two weeks later, if not then the following week he'll get a 5th cast then the next week will be the last cast. The "toe issue" doesn't cause a longer casting period just more casts. The final cast will still be six weeks after surgery and will be a walking cast! We are ready for the end of May! That is when all the casting will be done!
