Hooray, hooray, Collin is 7 mos
and one day!
We're awaiting pictures to add to this entry, so in the meantime, I will update you on our wonderful boy.
Baby Collin's first tooth started coming in last Tuesday (Mama said it was so sharp it felt like a piece of glass) and finally "broke through" on Friday. Coincidentally, that was the same day that Collin went on his first road trip! He, mama and daddy drove to Larimore, ND to see Nana V, Papa V and his two uncles, Uncle Ryan and Uncle Nick.
They got to see Uncle Nick play football on Friday night and on Saturday, Nana V hosted an open house for all of their friends to come meet daddy and Collin for the first time. That night they dined out with Father Thai and then Nana and Papa got to babysit so mommy and daddy could have a "night out".
Everyone had a great time! Mommy was thrilled that Collin enjoyed himself so much and especially loved spending time with his Nana and Papa. They are really looking forward to spending Christmas with Daddy's family in Ohio.

The comments here are precious to us as they will remain on Collin's blog for the rest of his life. We know he'll love to come read here someday in the future, as we do (almost) every day!

It's so exciting for us that Collin is so well that he can travel! Apparently he was very good in the car, at least up until the last hour. (It probably helped that he had his favorite girl (Mama) riding in the back with him!)
We wish we could have been there!
To hear Collin babble and giggle when we talk to his mommy is a big thrill; his voice is changing and it is so cute to hear him LAUGH!
Ohio family, you are all in for a BIG treat, I promise! lol

What an amazing family!! You guys are the best I had so much fun seeing you all and I can't wait to see you again. Collin is the cutest baby and you can tell he is well loved:)

What a devoted Grandmother!! Lora, this blog has been so informative and interesting since day one. I can't believe you've been writing it for seven months. Collin is a lucky boy.
