They're Here!!

Erin and Collin made a surprise (to Grandpa N) visit to Tucson today! They will be here for a week and we have lots of fun planned! We spent today at Uncle Ryan and Abby's house...they made awesome hamburgers and we also had leftovers from Grandpa's birthday party. Collin and his aunties entertained us all with their dancing, paper airplane making and general adorableness (is that even a word?!)! We are so blessed and happy to have them here with us.

We'll be celebrating Collin's birthday belatedly this Tuesday at our pool. If you are in the area and would like to join us, please contact me!

Aw, he really is adorable. (And I'm not just saying that because I'm his grandma!) His personality is amazing and he's such a good boy. He goes to sleep better and faster than any of MY kids did! ha ha He plays nice and is so easily soothed. We took him to Auntie Sophia's swim lessons this morning and he loved splashing around in the toddler pool and watching the big kids swim. (Every time he'd get splashed a giant grin came over his face.)

He also laughs/smiles easily. He adores being kissed and snuggled by his Auntie Lexa and he loves to chase/be chased by and mimic his Auntie Sophia. Gosh, having them here makes me wish (even more) that we lived close.

Right now his mommy and auntie are getting facials! How fun. He's napping and in when he wakes up, we're all going to the hospital NICU where he spent his first months!! His two special nurses will be there and we're so excited to show him off!

Hello Collin and Family~
You are a very sweet little boy. How adorable! You are such a great fighter. I unofficially know your Grandma. She visits my daughter, Jasmine caring bridge.
I had asked her to give me a site I could visit. Iam happy that I get to come visit your site and check on you.
I wish you nothing but good wishes. I am also very happy to hear about you getting a Prayer Quilt. Tie a knot for me and Jasmine. Our Prayer to you is: We pray for strength and healing! We pray for the lord to help comfort you and your family! We pray for you!

Isn't it wonderful to be able to go back there and allow his caretakers to see him today. I am sure Erin is an expert on Collin's medical care and all the procedures he has gone through and it shows when you look at Collin. Erin, have you thought of a nursing degree?
