Move-In Update

Collin and his parents are moved into their beautiful new home, but I am sure there is lots of "tweaking" and last minute arranging that has to occur until we see the pictures of Collin's prayer quilt.

I'll take this opportunity to talk about the special time we had with Collin and his mama...he has personality to spare! lol He loved exploring his aunties' playroom (which is our "formal" (cough, cough) living room) and trying to climb up the stairs. We stopped that by blocking off the first landing (using a big, cushy chair) and putting big, flat pillows on the floor in case he rolled down the stairs in his attempts at reaching the third landing and/or the second floor! While he was here, we heard him say "Watah", "Grandmama", "GrandPA", "Ayaya" (alexa) and "Reyrey" (ryan). He loves listening to and "playing" "Twinkle, twinkle, little star", as well as "The Farmer in the Dell". Balloons, bubbles and balls are infinitely interesting to him. Eating food off "grown-ups" plates is amazing (even if the same food was put on HIS plate! ha ha)

Collin is at a wonderful age; every experience is new and awesome to him. You can spend a whole day sharing fresh "adventures" and he soaks everything you teach him up like a sponge! I know his mommy and daddy are creating a magical learning space for him in their new house and yard...I can hardly wait to see the pictures!

Collin: We love you and miss you, you gorgeous, wonderful, little boy!

That is so awesome to hear all the cool things that he does and what he likes and to hear how well he's growing. He sure sounds like a smart little one!
